You may well have already received a letter from The Pensions Regulator giving you details of your Staging Date & Letter Code and asking for your primary & secondary contact details.

If you would like us to receive notifications on your behalf and ensure that you don't miss any deadlines, please ask us for our contact details to use with The Pensions Regulator.

Completing your Declaration of Compliance with The Pensions Regulator

Once you have passed your Staging Date you will need to prepare your Declaration of Compliance. This is a legal duty under the Pensions Act 2008 and must be done within 5 calendar months of your Staging Date. There is a flat penalty fee of £400 for missing this deadline. It may take some time to gather all the information you need so make sure you start well ahead of your deadline.

We can gather all the information for you and file direct with The Pension Regulator on your behalf. All you will need to give us is your Letter Code from The Pensions Regulator, if you haven't already done so.
